/&gt;Serves 4-6&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4-6 pork loin chops&lt;br /&gt;1 cup applesauce&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon cloves&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brown chops with a bit of salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;Into a baking dish, put the chops, then mix the rest of the ingredients and pour 'em on the chops.&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 300 degrees F. for 1 hour or more.&lt;br /&gt;Hold in
